Lucy May Alice - Founder, Director and teacher
Lucy started dancing at 3 years old and quickly fell in love with all aspects of dance. She started teacher training at 17 and her love for teaching blossomed when she opened LMA Studios at 20 years old. Lucy is a multiple award winning business owner and is proud to teach many students in the studio.
Lucy is passionate about making dance accessible to everyone. Dance should be about expressing your passion and building confidence in yourself whilst being surrounded by the most supportive team possible. Lucy loves to be able to work her passion and believes everyone can achieve their dreams with enough hard work and determination.

Dan - Director
Dan was first known as 'DJ Dan' at our first ever show in 2018 but now he deals with our hall hire and party packages. You can also find Dan supporting our dancers at all of our performance events.
Becky - Dance Teacher
Becky Rose Varney is a performer who began her training at The ARDA partnerships LTD and The Stoller school of dancing she then went on to further her training at Addict dance academy where she has recently graduated in 2025 earning her BA Hons Degree in dance. Prior to graduating Becky performed at events such as Moveit, Upfront, Fiyahouse, Inessense and unite the scene amongst many others and has also had the opportunity to showcase and teach her own choreography at different events/classes.
Since graduating Becky is working towards a range of upcoming projects which she is excited to be working on and sharing soon.
Lily - Dance Teacher
Lily began dancing at the age of three at a local, family-run dance school
in Cheshunt. It was here that she developed a passion for dance through
participating in ISTD examinations and gained valuable performance
experience at prestigious venues including Wembley Stadium and the Royal Albert Hall.
In 2022, Lily graduated from the University of Greenwich with a
Professional Certificate in Education, combining her passion for dance
with a solid grounding in teaching practice.
Lily loves teaching dancers of all ages, from little ones dancing with their
grown-ups to teenagers preparing for their next chapter.
Maddie - Dance Teacher
Madailein is a performer who has been involved with the performing arts since the age of four and trained at Dancebox Studios graduating with a BA Hons Degree in professional dance and musical theatre. Throughout her years in Dancebox Studios she has performed with them at multiple different events including Moveit and Can You Dance? Super Convention.
Alongside her training, Madailein has spent the past three years teaching at numerous schools all around Hertfordshire, Essex and London where she has loved helping students of all different ages develop their skills and confidence. Madailein is passionate about empowering people through dance and wants anyone who takes her classes to feel like the most confident, beautiful, and powerful version of themselves.
