Lucy May Alice - Founder, Director and teacher

Lucy started dancing at 3 years old and quickly fell in love with all aspects of dance. She started teacher training at 17 and her love for teaching blossomed when she opened LMA Studios at 20 years old. Lucy is a multiple award winning business owner and is proud to teach many students in the studio.

Lucy is passionate about making dance accessible to everyone. Dance should be about expressing your passion and building confidence in yourself whilst being surrounded by the most supportive team possible. Lucy loves to be able to work her passion and believes everyone can achieve their dreams with enough hard work and determination.

Dan - Director

Dan was first known as 'DJ Dan' at our first ever show in 2018 but now he deals with our hall hire and party packages. You can also find Dan supporting our dancers at all of our performance events.

Kane - Hip Hop teacher

Kane Klendjian is a Creative, Choreographer, Movement Director & Dancer Based in London. Graduating from Urdang Academy in 2017. He has gone on to collaborate on a variety of projects within the entertainment industry, working in Television, Music Videos, Live Tours, Commercials and Fashion.

Kane- K has worked with Artists including, Janet Jackson, Jorja Smith, Tems, Jungle, Labrinth, Little Simz, Eliza, and Olivia Dean to name a few. He has also choreographed/ movement directed for some high end brands on campaigns and commercials, such as Mulberry England, GQ, Adidas, Facebook, Gymshark, Fila, Jaded, Elessee and Ahluwalia.

Becky - Dance Teacher

Becky Rose Varney is a performer who began her training at The ARDA partnerships LTD and The Stoller school of dancing she then went on to further her training at Addict dance academy where she has recently graduated in 2025 earning her BA Hons Degree in dance. Prior to graduating Becky performed at events such as Moveit, Upfront, Fiyahouse, Inessense and unite the scene amongst many others and has also had the opportunity to showcase and teach her own choreography at different events/classes.

Since graduating Becky is working towards a range of upcoming projects which she is excited to be working on and sharing soon.

Emma - Dance Teacher

Emma Started dancing at the age of 3 and has performed in may professional theatres , such as Her Majesties Theatre and Shaftesbury Theatre. She loves to share her passion for dance with younger students and has been assisting in classes at LMA for years. Her favourite part of teaching is seeing them succeed and feel proud of themselves.

Poppy - Dance Teacher

Poppy has been dancing since she was 3 years old and is working towards starting full time training from September 2026. She loves teaching the younger dancers and getting to see their individual progression over time and the true enjoyment they find through dance.
